Colliers International officially opened its newest office, which is located in Albania. The Real Estate consultant now has 10 offices in six countries in the region, including Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Montenegro, Croatia and Albania, reported Europa.re.
Colliers International is involved as a major investor in some of the biggest projects in the region, Business Park Sofia, Airport City in Belgrade and in Avenue Mall, located in Zagreb.
Colliers International Albania will begin in the near future implementation of several similar large projects and the territory of Albania. The first project will be construction of an international park in the country's capital Tirana.
Colliers International won the award for best consultant in the sector of real estate for the region of Southeastern Europe this year.
Colliers International for Southeastern Europe currently participates in the implementation of various projects, whose total area is 3 million sq. m.
The consulting company is the biggest in the region, accounting for an average growth in profits for the last few years of 69%.
