
Today is the last day for the champion CSKA to provide UEFA a restoration plan because of debts of 13 million euro; otherwise it will dash out of the Euro tournaments. Another team that is in question is Litex because of an old debt of 150 000 leva to Cherno More (English: Black Sea).
CSKA's participation in the Champions League is highly questionable because of outstanding financial criteria. CSKA has not paid a serious part of the players insurances, with which BFS will deal later. Then the chance to play in the tournament will be given to the second in the championship Levski. Still early this week the coach of Levski Velislav Vutsov was informed to prepare his team for eventual participation in the Champions League yet this summer.
