Israeli company Africa Israel Investments is going to fund the building the Business Park in Black Sea city of Varna in Bulgaria.
AFI Europe, which is a subsidiary company of AFI, signed an agreement with Investcredit Bank on Sunday to make available EUR 59 M for the project.
The Varna Business Park is located near to the Varna Airport and to the Black Sea coast, includes 35 000 square meters of office space plus another 15 000 square meters that are just now being reconstructed.
Just the plot of the Business Park together with the three existing buildings is worth EUR 76,5 M.
In July 2006 was opened the first building of the Varna Business Park.
Billionaire Lev Levaev owns the Israeli holding company AIF and his riches are estimated as worth USD 6, 5 B.
