Three civilians were killed in an explosives attack Monday in Baghdad, the Aswat al-Iraq (Voices of Iraq) agency reported.
Five others were wounded when a device exploded next to a car in the Amin district in the eastern part of the city.
Meanwhile the US military said that an American soldier had died in a hospital in the US from wounds suffered against insurgents in the city of Baquba on October 16.
