French striker David Trezeguet Tuesday was successfully operated on both knees at a Turin clinic, the Juventus website reported.
Trezeguet, who turns 31 on October 15, hurt a tendon in his right knee Wednesday during a Champions League game that Juve won 1-0 over Russian guests Zenit.
Doctors at the Fornaca clinic also surgically treated the player's left knee for a cartilage damage. His is due back with the team steered by Claudio Ranieri in late January.
